All travelAlliance Automotive Group has agreed to take the last available unit at Panattoni Park Rotherham, meaning the logistics development near Junction 1 of the M18 is now completely occupied.
Panattoni Park Rotherham is now fully occupied after Alliance Automotive Group agreed to take its final available unit.
The vehicle-parts distributor already occupies 630,000 sq ft at the development near Junction 1 of the M18, and has now taken another 80,870 sq ft.
That means the company will occupy 710,870 sq ft across the entire development.
The extra space will support Alliance Automotive's expanding UK distribution operation.

Doncaster Rugby League has made the second-biggest year-on-year improvement in the latest club grading figures, rising from 23rd to 17th.
Nearly 1,900 people have responded to plans to restore controlled airspace around Doncaster Sheffield Airport.
Network Rail is carrying out around £200,000 of work on Goole Swing Bridge, so buses will replace trains between Doncaster and Hull on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October.
