Alliance Automotive Group is expanding its operations in Rotherham after agreeing a long-term lease on the final available unit at Panattoni Park.
The automotive-parts distributor is taking an additional 80,870 square feet of space after previously occupying the neighbouring 630,000-square-foot warehouse.
The deal means AAG will now occupy the entire 710,870-square-foot development close to Junction 1 of the M18.
The company says the additional capacity will allow it to expand its UK distribution operations, consolidate other facilities and improve the efficiency of its supply network.
