Fleetwood Town won 2-0 against Rotherham at Highbury Stadium on Saturday 17 October. Shaun Rooney opened the scoring in the 46th minute, and Ronan Coughlan doubled the lead in the 80th minute, assisted by Crispin McLean.
Rotherham's Brandon Cover was shown a yellow card in the 38th minute, and H. Douglas followed in the 62nd. Rotherham made four substitutions in the 53rd and 54th minutes, bringing on Sonny Aljofree, Josh Austerfield, Tom Bradshaw and Brandon Cover.
Fleetwood's Mark Helm and Ronan Coughlan were booked in the 65th and 66th minutes. K. Lolas, Jay Lynch, Dominic Iorfa and Lewis McCann were also shown yellow cards late on. Fleetwood had five shots on goal to Rotherham's none, and 54% possession.
