A shop in Rossington has been ordered to remain closed for three months following repeated investigations involving illegal vapes and counterfeit cigarettes.
City of Doncaster Council says Trading Standards continued to find contraband at OK Shop despite previous enforcement action.
A district judge concluded that a closure order was necessary to prevent further criminal activity.
The shop is now subject to a three-month closure.
The council says illegal and unregulated tobacco and vape products can also present health and safety risks and undermine legitimate local businesses.
