A Rotherham man is due to appear at the Old Bailey on Friday 9 October charged with preparing acts of terrorism.
Joshua Kerry, 28, from Rotherham appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with preparing acts of terrorism.
Prosecutors allege Kerry carried out online research into prominent people and institutions, including identifying the home address of Reform UK leader Nigel Farage MP.
The court heard allegations that he travelled to Mr Farage's home in April 2025 and attempted to gain entry.
Kerry did not enter a plea.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at the Old Bailey on Friday 9 October.
Kerry is separately accused of the murder of former minister Ann Widdecombe.
These are allegations. He has not been convicted and proceedings remain active.
