Alliance Automotive Group is expanding its huge operation at Panattoni Park Rotherham.
The company already occupies a 630,000 sq ft distribution facility at the park, which sits next to Junction 1 of the M18.
It has now taken a long-term lease on the development's final unit, which is around 80,000 sq ft.
That means Alliance Automotive will now occupy more than 710,000 sq ft across the entire park.
The additional space will support its expanding distribution operation.
