Applications are now open for the South Yorkshire Mayor's Youth Impact Fund, which aims to remove financial barriers that can stop young people developing their skills.
The fund is open to young people aged 11 to 19 who live in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham or Sheffield. Applications run from 7 October to 4 December, with the first Grants Panel meeting in January 2027.
It is delivered through a partnership between the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority, The King's Trust and South Yorkshire's Community Foundation, the region's largest grant-giving charity.
The fund is intended to support young people who may be facing barriers to achieving success, whether their talent lies in music, maths, sport or science.
