A Rotherham man is due to appear at the Old Bailey on Friday 9 October charged with preparing acts of terrorism.
Joshua Kerry, 28, is accused of engaging in conduct in preparation of terrorist acts. Prosecutors allege the conduct included activity involving Reform UK leader Nigel Farage MP.
Kerry appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday and was remanded in custody. He is due before the Old Bailey on Friday 9 October.
Kerry is separately accused of the murder of former MP and Reform UK spokeswoman Ann Widdecombe.
These are allegations. He has not been convicted and proceedings remain active.
